Refund Policy

Introduction

This trust is an entity of Believe In Good Foundation

At Super Donor, we value the trust of our donors and campaign organizers. While donations are generally considered final, we understand that there may be exceptional cases where a refund is required. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process to request one.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Fraudulent Campaigns: If a campaign is found to be fraudulent or misrepresented, donors may be eligible for a refund after verification. Unauthorized Transactions: If a donation was made without the account holder’s consent, we will investigate and process a refund where applicable. Technical Errors: In case of duplicate transactions or payment processing errors, donors may request a refund. Campaign Cancellations: If a campaign is canceled before donation are disbursed, donors may be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Donations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Donations made to campaigns that have already disbursed donate to beneficiaries. Situations where the donor has willingly contributed and later changes their mind. If the campaign has provided the intended assistance with the donate received.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a Request:

Email us at support@superdonor.org with details of the donation, campaign name, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.

Verification:

Our team will review your request and may require additional documentation or proof.

Processing:

Approved refunds will be Credited back to original mode of payment within 7-14 business days.
